Showing interest in Toronto
Joshua may want to sign with Toronto when he becomes a free agent July 1, Nick Barden of The Hockey News reports.
ANALYSIS
Joshua was selected by Toronto in the fifth round of the 2014 Draft but chose not to sign after playing four years at Ohio State, instead inking a deal with St. Louis. He had a career year in 2023-24, scoring 18 goals and adding 14 assists in 63 regular-season appearances. Joshua continued his excellent play in the postseason, finding the back of the net four times while adding four helpers in 13 contests. The Canucks and Joshua are not close on a new contract and he could become a UFA on July 1.
